ExpressVPN only uses OpenVPN to provide services. iVPN uses OpenVPN and you can enable WireGuard. This was the main reason for my switch. I've noticed that with my iVPN always on VPN enabled, with WireGuard, I cannot send RCS messages or connect to the RCS service.
