Not 100% Windows 2004 update caused the slow boot up ,but I never noticed it before that update. I normally leave my computer on and it will do updates and restart on it's own. The other day It completed a update and I went ahead and restarted. I noticed restarting/shutdown and turning back on now takes like 10-12 minutes.
