Apr 09, 2017 · As far as I can tell, it will do that forever until I force Firefox to close with task manager. Google Chrome will at least try to open my last tabs, but says that it can't connect. I also can't get to any settings in Chrome, but I can in Firefox. There weren't any changes to my computer that I'm aware of since the browsers last worked properly.

When I open up chrome and I try to go to a website, the URL stays in the address bar and I see the loading circle spin, but it never actually loads. It just stays in the home screen.
